We have setup a range of Mailing Lists, available to customers and friends of JAB Web Solutions, as a way of keeping you up to day with the updates and changes to our services as well as for support and general chatting.
Currently, there is a choice of three available lists. You can join as many or as few as you wish. They are:
- Announcement List;
- Support List; and
- Chat List.
Announcement List
We strongly recommenced that all customers join this list, as together with our news section, it is the main channel through which we communicate any updates, changes and important announcements.
Messages sent via this list are also sent to all other JAB Web Solutions mailing lists as well.
Support List
Our Support mailing list is a way of asking for support, not just from our staff, but other people and customers as well. A community support system.
Note that all other dedicated support channels (such as tickets, phone and e-mails) will always be available. If you have problem with your account or your server, we recommenced you use one of the other channels as this is a public forum.
Chat List
The Chat mailing list is available for anyone to talk about anything they want. Feel free to talk about whatever you want, whether it's related to your account or not!
Joining
To join the lists, you can either visit the Mailman interface or you can send an e-mail to [list-name]-join@jabwebsolutions.co.uk (e.g. for the Announcements List it's announcement-list-join@jabwebsolutions.co.uk).
