Do you keep support in-house or is it outsourced?


As set out in our Terms & Conditions, we endeavor to provide you with all support in-house via a number of methods, including this Knowledgebase.

All these articles are written by members of staff from within the company and any ticket, e-mail, phone call or fax will also be handled by a member of our staff. We feel that it is far better to provide dedicated support in house than to outsource. Only our staff know the company and what we stand for.

Remember that you can contact us via a number of methods - which ever is best for you!
