Can I have access to the command line (i.e. SSH)?

Yes, all accounts can have access to the command line via SSH, however, for security reasons it isn't enabled by default. Also, only SSH access is supported. Telnet is not available as it is not a secure protocol.

To enable SSH, you will need to Submit a Ticket to our Support Team who will deal with your request.
