How do I pay for my invoices using a Credit/Debit card?

If we have your Credit/Debit card on file, then our systems will normally take payment for the invoice automatically before, or on, the due date (at around 2am). In this case, you don't need to make a manual payment.

If you would like to make a payment manually, e.g. as a one-off payment, to clear it early or temporarily use a different card, you can do so at any time using our online billing system.

If you would like to set up automated payment of your account using a Credit or Debit card please Submit a Ticket to our Billing Team who will assist you in setting up your account.

To make payment you will need your contact e-mail address and billing password, both of which can be found in your latest invoice.

Paying By Credit Card

  • Firstly, log on to our Billing Software (all details can be found towards the bottom of your latest invoice - look for the URL to our billing software). Click on the link provided and enter your e-mail address and password.

  • Once you have successfully logged in you will see your account's dashboard. From here you can see a quick overview of your account, including all invoices and associated payments.

  • From the menu, hover over My Finances and click on My Invoices. This will show you a list of your invoices.

  • Select on the invoice number (to the left of each row) to see it's details.

  • To the top-right of the invoice you will see the link "Pay Online".

  • This will open a new window asking for your card's details. If you cannot see a new window please make sure that you have either disabled your pop-up blocker or allowed www.jabwebsolutions.co.uk permission to display pop-ups.

  • Complete the form with the relevant details. If you have a Debit/Credit card with a Start Date and/or Issue number, please enter those as well. If not, leave them blank. Incorrect values here will cause the transaction to fail. Also note:

    • Amount: This value is automatically filled in by our system as the value of the invoice. You should not alter this amount.

    • CC Number: This is the long number, usually located on the front of the card in the middle.

    • CVV2/CVC2: This is a three-digit security code located on the back signature strip of your card (if there are more than three numbers, use the last three). American Express customers can find their number on the front of the card slightly above their CC number.

  • Click Charge It. You should then receive confirmation that the amount has successfully been paid, or an error message should there be a problem with the card.

You will also receive confirmation from our systems by e-mail to let you know that the invoice has been paid.
