I've registered the wrong domain - can I refund it?


Please be very careful when registering a domain, as all sales for domain names are final. Do to their nature, we cannot refund a domain name regardless of how it was registered or transferred.


If you have selected to transfer the wrong domain (and it has not yet been transferred), or the domain transfer failed, we can refund the fee. However, while the transfer is in progress, we cannot perform a refund - only once the transfer has failed.

If you have registered or transferred the wrong domain, please Submit a Ticket to our Billing Team and let us know so that we can prevent the domain from being renewed in the future.
