It is always important that you keep your contact details up-to-date in both Plesk and ModernBill. Within Plesk, your contact details are used to inform you about any domains you have just added (including DNS information), as well as informing you when you go over your limit on the account. We can also use them to contact you if there is a problem with your account in Plesk.

Updating your contact details in Plesk
Remember that your Plesk login details can be found towards the top of your Account Details e-mail. If you have changed your username and/or password since then, we cannot re-issue them. Please see the links above for how to retrieve or reset your login details.
To update your details, please complete the following steps:
- Log onto Plesk using your username and password.
- Click on Edit.
- Adjust the details as required and click OK to save or Cancel to return.
- If you return back to the page with any errors, please correct the errors and click OK again.
You have successfully updated your details and we will now use these for any further correspondence with you from Plesk. Don't forget to update your details in ModernBill as well:
