As PayPal payment is only valid for a single transaction, each time you are invoiced (either normally for your account, or one-offs for going over your bandwidth limits), you will need to pay that invoice manually.
However, when your account is set to pay using PayPal, each invoice sent to you via e-mail will come with a link - clicking on this link will take you straight to PayPal, allowing you to make the payment quickly and efficiently.
If you account is not setup to use PayPal by default (your invoice will not say PayPal under Payment Method), Submit a Ticket to our Billing Team who will deal with your request.
If you only wish to make a one off payment using PayPal you can do so at any time using via ModernBill. To make a payment you will need your contact e-mail address and billing password, both of which can be found in your latest invoice.
Paying By PayPal
- Firstly, log on to our Billing Software (all details can be found towards the bottom of your latest invoice - look for the URL to our billing software). Click on the link provided and enter your e-mail address and password.
- Once you have successfully logged in you will see your account's dashboard. From here you can see a quick overview of your account, including all invoices and associated payments.
- From the menu, hover over My Finances and click on My Invoices. This will show you a list of your invoices.
- Select on the invoice number (to the left of each row) to see it's details.
- To the top-right of the invoice you will see the PayPal Logo.
- This will take you to PayPal's website so you can make the payment.
- Once you have successfully made payment you will be transferred back to our site and your account updated.
You will also receive confirmation from our systems by e-mail to let you know that the invoice has been paid.
