I can only see 'Update my CC'. What about Debit Cards?

The Update my CC link in your billing account under My finance refers to both Credit Cards and Debit Cards.


If you selected to pay using a Credit/Debit card then you can use this link to update or change the card we have on file. All future invoices will be processed with the new details.


If you have selected to pay by Cheque or PayPal, then you can make individual payments using your Credit/Debit Card. However, to add a card to your account and pay for your account on this card, you will need to contact our Billing Team to change your account over to Credit Card billing.


Please Submit a Ticket to the Billing Team who will make the relevent changes. You will then be able to use the Update my CC link and add your Credit/Debit card to your account.
