When ModernBill generates an invoice, it doesn't provide a breakdown of an invoice as part of the e-mail it sends out. The e-mail only includes a summary (such as payment method and account balance) and some basic information provided by us.
If you would like to see more details about the invoice, include a breakdown, you will need to log onto ModernBill and view it directly.
You will need your contact e-mail address and password, which is located in your invoice notice e-mail, to log on to ModernBill.
How to View an Invoice
- Firstly, log on to our Billing Software (all details can be found towards the bottom of your latest invoice - look for the URL to our billing software). Click on the link provided and enter your e-mail address and password.
- Once you have successfully logged in you will see your account's dashboard. From here you can see a quick overview of your account, including all invoices and associated payments.
- From the menu, hover over My Finances and click on My Invoices. This will show you a list of your invoices.
- Select on the invoice number (to the left of each row) to see it's details, including a breakdown of what the invoice is for, creation date, due dates, etc.
- If you would like to print out the invoice, you can either print it as-is, or click on the Invoice text. For more information about printing invoice, please click here.
