I've just signed up. Why can't I add to my account in the Order Wizard?

When your account is first created (i.e. when you sign up), your account is marked as pending by our system. Although your account will be fully processed once all relevent invoices have been paid, we have to manaually validate the account for you to do anything more.


This is to improve our service, reduce fraud and to make sure that your account is setup properly.


While your account is pending, you can manage any of the current domains and/or packages on your account. However, you will not be able to purchase any further domains, packages or add-ons (dedicated IP addresses, etc.)


Verification can take up to 24 hours. However, if you would like to add something to your account and it has not yet been valididated, please Submit a Ticket to our Billing Team who will check your account as soon as possible.
