How do I close my account with you?

When you are ready to close your account, you will need to inform us - our billing system will automatically invoice (and if you have a Credit or Debit card on your account, take payment from) you for the renewal of any package or domain. To stop this, we must close down your account and clear any outstanding invoices, which can only be done if we recieve a request from our customers.


We ask that you do this sooner rather than later, as if you use (and are billed for) any service which you have not paid us for, and have not informed us you wish to close your account, you will still be held liable.


Closing you Account


We do our best to keep it as easy as possible to close your account. All you need to do is either e-mail us, or Submit a Ticket to our Billing Team (select from the drop-down list) with the following information, letting us know you wish to close your account (with the following information, to verify that you are the account holder and therefore are authorized to shut down the account):



  • Your Full Name and Address, as on file;

  • Your registered e-mail address with us (this can be found on your last invoice);

  • The package you wish to close (i.e. R105, H25);

  • How you pay your account (e.g. PayPal or Credit Card); and

  • The reason for closing your account (for our records).


If you pay using a Credit or Debit card, please include the last four digits of your Card (the last four digits of the long number on the front of the card). Also, please include whether you wish to cancel a specific service (such as a domain name) or whether you wish to close your entire account.


We may take further steps to authenticate you as the account holder if we deem it necessary. If this is required, you will be informed of the next steps by e-mail.


You will receive a notification from us once we begin the process of shutting down your account. However, unless your account has reached or passed it's expiry date, the account will not close immediately. You will still be able to use the service up until your expiry date.
