How do I update my contact details in ModernBill?


It is always important that you keep your contact details up-to-date at all times within ModernBill. Not only are they the primary method for us to contact you in the event of a problem or emergency, they are also used to send you your invoices, payment receipts, etc. Also, if you want us to re-send you any information (such as your Account Details e-mail, or an old invoice), we can only do this to your primary e-mail address in ModernBill.

Updating your contact details in ModernBill


You cannot update your Name, your Company Name or your Country using this method. If you need to change this information, please Submit a Ticket to the Billing Team, indicating what you would like us to change.


Remember that your ModernBill login details can be found at the bottom of your last invoice from us. If you have not changed your details since signing up, you can also use your Account Details e-mail.


Also, we currently have two installations of ModernBill due to integration issues. If you are not sure which copy to use, please go to the Support page and click on the icon that is relevant to you, or Submit a Ticket to the Billing Team.


To update your details, please complete the following steps:



  • Log onto ModernBill using your e-mail address and password.

  • You will now see your account's Dashboard. This contains a brief overview of your account.

  • From the menu, hover over My Info & click on Update My Info.

  • Adjust the details as required and click Update.

  • If you return back to the page with any errors, please correct those errors and click Update again.


You have successfully updated your details and we will now use these for any further correspondence with you from ModernBill. Don't forget to update your details in Plesk as well:
