How fast are your response times?


We don't offer 24/7 support at the moment, however, we do our best to make sure that we answer all support queries as quickly as possible.

If you contact us via either phone or Live Chat (when online), we will do our best to deal with your query as quickly as possible. If we cannot fix it straight away, we will give you as much information as possible about the problem and when we expect to deal with it.

E-Mail and Tickets are checked on a regular basis, and, where possible, will normally be answered within around 15 minutes. Our ticketing system is also tied into our SMS gateway, and for urgent or critical tickets, the relevant member(s) of staff will be informed by text message so they can deal with the problem as soon as possible.

All JAB Web Solution team members believe it is the way in which deal with your queries and problems are handled that define a company. Communication is paramount and we are here to make sure that you achieve the best from your time with us.
