All three of our systems, Plesk, ModernBill and our Support Center all have the ability to send you your password if you forget it (provided you can remember your username or your e-mail address, depending on the software).
Plesk
Plesk has an inbuilt system to help you retrieve your password. Visit the Plesk Control Panel for your server and just below the password is a link for Forgot your password?.
In the two fields enter the username and e-mail address associated with the account and click OK. The password will be sent out to you.
However, if you have access to the Client Level, you can go into any user (i.e. Domain Account, E-Mail Account, Web User or sub-domain Account) and change their password without having to know it beforehand.
ModernBill
ModernBill also has a forgotten password system. Simply goto our billing page and click on the Forgotten your password? link. You will be asked to enter you e-mail address. Click OK and the password will be e-mailed to you.
Support Center
For our Support Center you can use the I've lost my password option available on the left of each page in our support center. You can also click here. Simply enter your e-mail address for the account you are trying to log back in to and click OK.
Need help?
If you still cannot get access to your accounts, please contact our Support Team to assist you. Note that under our Terms and Conditions, we may require proof of identification before we change the access details on any account.
